User as a customer can cancel your booking anytime up to the time of availment of service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the booking subject to deduction of mandatory charges. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders or bookings.
We have a "Fair Cancellation and refund policy" which entitles all our Registered members to cancel the booking before start start date of booking (first start date in case of bookings with follow-up dates).

User as a customer can cancel their booking order at anytime by clicking on cancel tab. In such cases, total services charges/service amount shall be refunded to the customer into their respective account at the earliest after deducting the basic admin and credit card charges as per the terms and policy of EXFX Lifestyle Private limited.
If a user cannot avail services at time slot taken or on the date booked under any circumstances, he/she can request for a reschedule of the booking order before the start date as per their convenience. Rescheduling will be done based on the availability of slots and at the discretionary of EXFX.
When you use our services, you trust us. Further, it is the primary responsibility of the customer for his/her personal safety at merchant/vendor location. If the customer faces any problem or safety hazard at merchant's place, they can report to grievance officer of Lifestyle Ventures Private Limited.
We expect our customers to show integrity and professionalism while communicating to the service provider at merchant's place and not to abuse any service provider, merchant or vendor who are providing service on behalf of EXFX. We strive for every customer to experience best services. In order to preserve that opportunity, we ask customers to be respectful of each other and behave in a manner that does not disrupt other customers or staff.
Customers shouldn’t misuse furniture, equipment or materials at the merchant's place or use it frivolously. Similarly, Smoking, chewing tobacco or using electronic cigarettes or similar devices in non-designated areas is prohibited. Running, pushing, rough play or doing any other dangerous physical activity, fighting, challenging someone to a fight, physical abuse or assault, harassing other customers or staff are considered as improper code of conduct and service shall be cancelled immediately, if required on account of improper code of conduct.
